Link Handling for Headless

The apps need to be able to interpret links like <a href="navto://9f82232e-c196-4666-8b3d-ff6a9a3a69f1" data-type="post" data-id="1446">link</a> correctly and open the article.
A link handler is added on client side by the Experience, which navigates to the corresponding view within the SPA, without reloading the whole application like opening the link without that handler would do. In the network tab you don't see any request of type "Doc" (activate the "Doc" filter).
